Burnley boss Vincent Kompany has opted to make three changes to his side for this evening’s clash against Sheffield United from the team which beat Middlesbrough.
The Clarets are back at Turf Moor this evening for the first time since sealing promotion to the Premier League. They did just that with a victory over Boro at the Riverside Stadium on Good Friday which confirmed their place back in the top flight.
And this evening, they will play for the first time as a promoted side as they host the Blades. Paul Heckingbottom’s side are 11 points behind the Clarets in the table as first meets second.

Burnley sealed their place back in the top flight with a 2-1 victory over Boro. Clarets boss Kompany has opted to make three changes from that team to take on the Blades.
Aro Muric continues as goalkeeper. In the back four there is a change as Taylor Harwood-Bellis returns to line up alongside Jordan Beyer in the heart of defence, with Connor Roberts and Ian Maatsen the full-backs.
In central midfield, Josh Cullen is partnered by Josh Brownhill and Jack Cork. Nathan Tella is poised to line up on the right, with Lyle Foster on the left and Ashley Barnes through the middle.
On the bench this evening for the Clarets are Bailey Peacock-Farrell, Charlie Taylor, Johann Berg Gudmundsson, Manuel Benson, Samuel Bastien, Vitinho and Michael Obafemi.
